Comment budgétiser, dépenser et épargner son argent ?,
C’est l’essentiel de l’éducation financière que reçoivent les membres de la Coopérative des Exploitants Artisanaux Miniers de Masisi, leurs épouses et la population riveraine du Site minier de Rubaya.
Une séance de formation et sensibilisation a ouvert ses portes ce Vendredi 06 Janvier 2022 à Goma, en faveur d’une centaine de participants dont la majorité était des femmes ménagères et commerçantes de Goma, Sake et Rubaya.
Qu’est-ce qui a motivé cette formation ?
Le Président du Conseil d’Administration de la COOPERAMMA a indiqué qu’il s’agit d’un des objectifs de la Coopérative, dans le souci de stimuler les membres à la bonne gestion de leurs avoirs, aux fins d’investir en projets durables pour les bénéfices de leurs familles en particulier, et de toute la société en général.
Vincent ZILIMWABAGABO précise qu’il s’agit de la troisième séance de formation assurée conjointement par son partenaire de taille, dans le cadre du Programme National d’Education Financière, à travers GIZ, avec l’Appui de la Coopération Allemande.
Vincent ZILIMWABAGABO ajoute que 4 modules ont été dispensés en faveur des participants, parmi lesquels l’élaboration du budget, l’épargne, l’accès au crédit et les techniques de la gestion de ce crédit.
Le Président du Conseil d’Administration de la COOPERAMMA reconnait que les membres de sa Coopérative, leurs épouses et la population riveraine aux mines ont des problèmes de gestion, pour y répondre, c’est depuis l’an 2021 qu’ils reçoivent cette formation en éducation financière a-t-il ajouté.
Le Centre International pour la Formation des Dirigeants et Hommes d’Affaires (CIFORDHAF) qui assure en commun cette formation avec la COOPERAMMA, précisent qu’il s’agit d’un outil clé de lutte contre la pauvreté, les mines sont épuisables, rassure Madame Claudine NZUVA, une formatrice, au nom de CIFORDHAF.
Elle constate amèrement que les congolais n’ont pas la culture d’épargne. Voilà pourquoi, depuis 2018, elle s’investit dans ce programme de sensibilisation.
Grande était la satisfaction des participants venus de la Société Civile, population riveraine de Sake, Goma, qui, pour la toute première fois, viennent d’être formés, ont-ils témoigné.
La COOPERAMMA a ainsi le devoir de faire le suivi régulier, comme l’a promis le Président du Conseil d’Administration qui est aussi, fruit de la formation en éducation financière, programme appuyé par la Coopération Allemande.
